Right of withdrawal

This notice is for consumers. Whether a right of withdrawal exists depends on the contract and when performance began. CarRange does not claim that every contract is always, or never, withdrawable. The German version prevails for consumers in Germany.
Withdrawal period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons, starting on the day the contract is concluded.
To withdraw, inform Ertem Cabbar trading as CarRange AI (Wassertorstr. 2, 10969 Berlin, support@carrangeai.com) by a clear statement, including via the form on this page.
Effects
We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment, unless agreed otherwise.
REVIEW REQUIRED: The website does not trigger an automatic Stripe refund.
Digital services
The right of withdrawal may lapse if performance of a digital service begins with the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgement. CarRange does not currently collect that consent in Stripe Checkout.
